Rocky started his sales career in luxury hospitality and retail, and bought his first property at 21 under his father’s guidance. His career took him across India, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK and the US, where he built businesses in senior leadership roles and kept investing wherever he lived.
In 2018, Rocky and his wife moved to Australia and started their lives again from the ground up. While working in home lending at Commonwealth Bank, he saved intentionally, grew his income and used leverage strategically to rebuild his portfolio.
A client of PK’s Property Investment Accelerator course, he later sold a few properties and used the proceeds to pay off the family home. That gave him the courage to leave his PAYG career and follow his passion.
Rocky then learnt the other side of property as a real estate sales agent with Ray White, one of the country’s leading real estate groups. In 2023, he co-founded “Realta with PK” and has since personally overseen hundreds of property purchases. Whether you are a client, team member or partner, Rocky’s belief is simple: if you are part of his journey, he wants you to grow with him.

Guru trained as an engineer and later completed a Master’s in Management, so research and data have always shaped the way he thinks about property.
Before buyer advocacy, Guru worked in residential sales with Ray White across market campaigns, auctions, pre-market and off-market opportunities. That experience gave him a 360-degree view of how buyers, sellers and agents behave.
A successful client of PK’s Property Investment Accelerator course, Guru had built a portfolio of more than eight properties by the age of 34, using the same research principles he applies today.
Guru now leads research at “Realta with PK”, finding opportunities others overlook and helping clients make decisions based on evidence, not hype.
